Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes. There is a 25% deposit that needs to be paid before work commences. The remaining amount will need to be paid once the work is done.
We do not offer refunds on all products. If you have any questions please get in touch hello@theretailpfactor.com .

Do you offer any instalment plans?
Yes. We offer 12 months instalment plan for the Website design and 3 months instalment plan for the Logo design only. The first payment of 25% will need to be paid and the remaining amount will be paid on a monthly basis.

How long does the design process take?
The process varies depending on service please see each product below:
Logo design - 2 weeks
Business card - 2 weeks
E-Commerce website design - 5/6 weeks
Website design - 4/5 weeks
Social media designs - 3 weeks
Seasonal Marketing - 3 weeks

What monthly support do you offer?
We have a 1-1 monthly Coaching where we are available to answer your questions and give you advice and tips to support the growth of your online shop each month.
If you have a Website we offer Website maintenance where we will keep your website up-to-date, secure and running smoothly on a monthly basis while you can focus on running your business.
