Analytics is vital to the grown of your small business. It’s important to understand what Analytics tools are available for you and how to use them to improve traffic to your website. This is a 4 week program sessions which will be with Pam. The sessions will be via Zoom for 1.5 hours each week. If you can’t join us live, you can watch the recording at your own time.
You will find the training material in Trello which you can make a copy of and use it whenever you want too.

    1. Do I have to pay a deposit?
      Yes. There is a 25% deposit that needs to be paid before work commences. The remaining amount will need to be paid once the work is done. We do not offer refunds on all products. If you have any questions please get in touch hello@theretailpfactor.com .
    2. Do you offer any instalment plans?
      Yes. We offer 12 months instalment plan for the E-Commerce Website design and 3 months instalment plan for the Logo design only. The first payment of 25% will need to be paid and the remaining amount will be paid on a monthly basis.

    5. What monthly support do you offer?
      If you have a Website we offer Website maintenance where we will keep your website up-to-date, secure and running smoothly on a monthly basis while you can focus on running your business. If you require any other support please get in touch with us hello@theretailpfactor.com.
    1.  Discover + Plan
      We want to get to know you and this begins with the Discovery call. During the call we will discuss your business needs, mission, target audience, goals, personality, style, budget and timeframe. We will then start planning for the development process based on the information that we gathered from you.
    2. Development + Prototype
      We will begin developing some design concepts (you get a choice of three concepts to choose from for all designs). For the website design we will create an interactive prototype that will show you how your website will function with the header, footer, 5 pages and demo products or services. You will need to review all the concepts and select your favourite one. If you have any revisions to your chosen designs this will be implemented before the next process (you have two revisions for all concepts).
    3. Design + Promote
      Once all the design revisions are done and finalised we will email you all the design files (apart from website design) and Brand guidelines document which will help you promote your brand with confidence, ease and consistency. You will have an hour of website training where we teach you how to make small edits, add new content, blog posts, place an order, review the order, etc. We also provide you with a manual so you can manage your own website. When the training is over we will make sure that everything is functioning correctly before launching. You can now beginning selling and promoting your products or services online.
